What is your holiday offer?
You can choose between half-board or bed & breakfast. In any case, you’ll enjoy many included services. Depending on the room you choose, you may have, for example: a sun umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, an open soft drink bar, a coffee shop, parking... as well as a pool with a waterslide, entertainment, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and much more. Are you family-friendly?
Of course! We are on the Romagna Riviera, we are part of the *Italy Family Hotels* consortium, and children are more than welcome. We offer family rooms, themed rooms, connecting rooms an outdoor play area, an indoor games room, entertainment, and a dedicated kids' menu. Plus, we're located in a peaceful area.
Can I bring my dog? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we gladly welcome dogs, but only small breeds 🐶. We ask for a small supplement of €7 per day for deep cleaning of the room. Please note that in common areas, they are only allowed to pass through (without lingering), and access to the restaurant and pool is not permitted. 🐾😊
Remember, you can also bring your dog to the beach, subject to the lifeguard’s approval and upon presentation of the vaccination record. 📖
From what time will my room be ready on the day of my arrival?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge. If you need to arrive early and want to check the possibility, please contact us directly.
Until what time can we keep the room on the day of departure?
Until 10:30 AM. If you plan to leave later, you can leave your luggage with us. We can consider a possible late check-out request at the time of departure if the room is available. A small additional fee will apply, with the latest check-out time being 6:00 PM
Do the rooms have a balcony?
All our rooms have a balcony, except for one spacious attic room, which has access to a small balcony at the end of the hallway. If this is important to you, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! 🤗
Is there a wi-fi connection?
Yes, fast FTTH fiber connection, free, in all hotel areas, in the room, and even by the pool.
Where can I see all the hotel services and schedules?
As soon as you arrive at the hotel, we’ll give you all the information! Plus, you’ll have 24/7 access to our **digital reception**, where you can check at any time the breakfast, dinner, and pool hours, and much more. Everything conveniently at your fingertips! 😊
How can I pay for my holiday?
By instant bank transfer, debit card, Visa/Mastercard credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. We cannot accept American Express or Discover.
City Tax
At check-out, you will also settle the tourist tax, which amounts to €2.50 per night, per person, excluding children under 14 years of age. The tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive days and must be paid in cash.
Is a deposit required to book?
We ask for a 30% deposit of the total stay, up to a maximum of 700 euros, to be paid by bank transfer.
What if I have to give up my holiday?
No worries, maximum flexibility guaranteed. If you booked directly with us, you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If it's less than 5 days, we will retain the deposit, which you can use for a similar stay at another time or even the following year.
Where shall I park if I come by car?
If you choose a Star room or a Superior room, the parking space is included in our garden. Otherwise, it will be rather easy to park outside of the hotel for free.
How far is the beach?
Approx. 450 meters. 6-7 minutes on foot, but if you want to speed things up, take a bike or our electric shuttle.
Do you have bikes for rent?
Yes, with and without seats, which are available for free. We only ask to return the key to the reception every time you hire one.
Do you have pushchairs?
Yes. If you need one during your entire stay, you must book it at the time you confirm your reservation. If you need it occasionally, you can take it as needed.
Do you have any arrangement for guests will celiac disease?
We do not have a menu for celiacs. Our buffet formula does not allow us to guarantee the total absence of contamination in the preparation of the dishes. Therefore we suggest to evaluate the chance of the stay based on the severity of the intolerances or allergies in your family. If you believe that these can be managed through the selection of the dishes present at our buffet, our head waiter will always be available to advise you on the most suitable options.
Can my child attend the mini club?
Of course, from 3 years of age onwards.
What do you cook for newborns?
We provide vegetable broth, vegetable soup and tomato sauce; then every mom or dad will complement the dish by using the dedicated kitchenette.
Is there any children’s afternoon snack?
All afternoons from around 4.30 pm with fruit, focaccia and doughnuts prepared on the spot as well as stuffed croissants, wraps, bread and nutella.
Do you sell tickets for theme parks and how far are they?
Yes, for all the major parks on the Riviera, such as Fiabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Oltremare, Aquafan, and the Aquarium of Cattolica - at discounted prices. Distances and public transport options vary. Our reception will provide you with all the necessary information
