When will my room be ready upon my arrival?

We guarantee that your room will be ready from 12. Therefore, in case of an early arrival the room might not be ready. If you wish to come earlier, please let us know the day before your departure and we will be please to accommodate you.

When should we leave our room the day of departure?

You can stay until 10 am. In case you want to leave later, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.

Is there a wi-fi connection?

Yes, and it’s available for free within all hotel’s communal areas, in rooms and at the pool.

Shall we pay a deposit upon making a booking?

For bookings made on our website, we just need a credit card as a guarantee.
If you book via email or phone, we do request a deposit equal to the 30% of the whole amount.

What happens if our holiday gets cancelled?

Hopefully this won’t happen, but if so, answers may be two:

1. If you made a booking from our website, you won’t lose anything until one week before your departure; if you cancel at a later time, we will withhold the amount corresponding to the first day of your reservation

2. If you booked via e-mail and sent a deposit, this will not be refunded but you will have a chance to use it for a similar stay at a later time, like the next summer season.

How can I pay for my holiday?

By credit card, debit card, bank cheques or cash.

The per-day and per-person 1,50€ tourist tax shall be paid in cash the day of departure excluding children aged under 14 years. This tax applies for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.

Where shall I park if I come by car?

If you choose a Platinum or Gold package, the parking space is included in our garden. Otherwise, it will be rather easy to park outside of the hotel for free.

How far is the beach?

Approx. 400 meters. 6-7 minutes on foot, but if you want to speed things up, take a bike or our electric shuttle.

Do you have bikes for rent?

Yes, with and without seats, which are available for free. We only ask to return the key to the reception every time you hire one.

Do you have pushchairs?

Yes. If you need one during your entire stay, you must book it at the time you confirm your reservation. If you need it occasionally, you can take it as needed.

Do you have any arrangement for guests will celiac disease?

We do not have an equipped kitchen, but if your intolerance is not serious we can cook your special pasta and let you know every time if dishes are suitable or not. At breakfast, our buffet will feature lots of products suiting your needs.

Can my child attend the mini club?

Of course, from 3 years of age onwards.

What do you cook for newborns?

We provide vegetable broth, vegetable soup and tomato sauce; then each mother will complement the dish by using the dedicated kitchenette.

Is there any children’s afternoon snack?

All afternoons from around 4.30 pm with fruit, focaccia and doughnuts prepared on the spot as well as stuffed croissants, wraps, bread and nutella.

Do you sell tickets for theme parks and how far are they?

Yes, we have tickets for all theme parks across the coast at discounted prices. Distances vary. You’ll get all the information at our reception desk.
